(Master) Retrieve offline Online Booking requests when the computer comes back online

Also probably would want to do the following:

  • The ability to send offline request through appointment search routine and create a ticket from the dashboard
  • Select a result from search results and create new ticket to "accept" the offline request, or if no results are found provide button that indicates you'll be rejecting the request


I have had 2 users just today who have complained that when their systems are offline for whatever reason clients cannot make an appointment but the user gets an email to tell them of the failed appointment request. both users have demanded that the system should either push the appointment through to the system when back online or at least fetch the appointment when back online. Both customers have stated that the new system is less useful than the OLD OLB service. The OLB service should have a system in place to push these requests into the software once the system is back online...... this is a major omission and one that is generating poor feedback from users upgradeing from earlier versions of OLB
